Piano Sonatas & String Quartets 1

Vinyl has been making an enormous comeback! Students and faculty are once again eager to listen to recordings on this analogue medium due to its high-fidelity audio quality. Vinyl albums are particularly attractive for their musical conception and useful liner information. Although we have a substantive collection of LP (long-playing) recordings from the pre-digital era, we particularly aspire to build a collection of new vinyl recordings. These emerge from artists interested in exploring the possibilities of the vinyl medium, exploiting the latest technologies in new recording and pressing techniques.
