From Jay:

We stayed at the Jayamahal palace where we had breakfast.

Lunch, then a three-plus hour drive to Mysore, sister city of Cincinnati. On this long bus trips class was held.

We stopped at a temple just outside Mysore.  We took 1,000 steps to the top bare footed.  No shoes allowed.  90 plus degree in middle of day.  All 21 students went up in about 9 min.  It took me 15 min!

In the morning we did a guided walking tour of Mysore.  Where we visited an open market.  Then we had a private tour of the Mysore palace. Group picture is in the king’s animal trophy room.  Last picture is palace at night. The UC students were interviewed by 10th graders from a Mysore school. Then we visited another NGO, (class room picture) Odanadi.
