Code of Conduct and Accessibility

Code of Conduct:

The UC Data Day organizing committee aims that UC Data Day will be a welcoming event for all participants and strive to create an environment where all attendees feel comfortable to participate fully in all Data Day activities without any fear of harassment or discriminatory behavior.  Please be kind, respectful, and courteous to other participants.

The hosts of the event reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in behaviors counter to the intentions of UC Data Day from the event.

REPORTING HARASSMENT OR VIOLATIONS

If at any point during the day’s events you feel uncomfortable or harassed, or if you witness any violations of these policies, please reach out to the organizing committee or email ASKData@UC.Edu.

RECORDING/SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

UC Data Day will be recorded.  By completing the registration participants agree to be recorded

Accessibility

American Sign Language interpreters will be in attendance and providing interpretation throughout the day.  Please pin or spotlight them in Zoom.  After the event, closed captions will be added, and links to the videos posted to the data day website.
