Deshon and Karl J. Schlachter Library for Design, Architecture, Art, and Plannin<\/a>g (DAAP) through February.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The exhibit, \u201cCharley Harper in Print,\u201d highlights his work as an illustrator and authors of publications. The exhibit comprises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>original artwork by Charley Harper<\/li>\n<li>prints and silk screens of his work<\/li>\n<li>artist tools used by Charley Harper<\/li>\n<li>toys and merchandise published by American Modern Books (AMMO) and beyond<\/li>\n<li>published works written and illustrated by the artist<\/li>\n<li>published works in which the artist contributed significantly as an illustrator<\/li>\n<li>images of unpublished works and the artist himself<\/li>\n<li>one example of Habitat Skateboard\u2019s many skate desks adorned with one or more Charley Harper illustrations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cCharley Harper in Print\u201d accompanies the exhibit \u201cCharley Harper: A Bird\u2019s Eye View\u201d currently showing in DAAP\u2019s Reed Gallery through February 16. Beginning with his childhood and spanning his career, the exhibit is a retrospective of Harper\u2019s works, many of them never seen before.<\/p>\n<p>Both exhibits are free and open to the public.
