\"UC<\/a>Exhibit of Published Works on Display in Langsam Library’s 4th and 5th Floors through June 10, 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual Authors, Editors and Composers reception and program was held Tuesday, April 17, in the Russell C. Myers Alumni Center. At the event, UC Libraries honored 285 faculty members and their 413 creative and scholarly works published in the year 2011. Participating faculty members represented every UC college plus the Division of Professional Practice, and the Libraries.<\/p>\n

\"UC<\/a>The submitted publications ranged in medium as well as content. There were articles, books, chapters, edited journals, musical scores, artwork, poetry, works of fiction, CDs, DVDs, photography and even an iPod app. There were publications that enlighten and inform, some that inspire and motivate, and others that entertain. While some presented answers to life\u2019s probing questions, others examined the past and explored the future. The publications spanned five languages: English, Spanish, German, Greek, Japanese, and French.<\/p>\n
