There are some great websites such as <em><a href=\"MedlinePlus.org\">MedlinePlus.org<\/a><\/em>, <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/\">PubMed.gov<\/a>, <a href=\"MedlinePlus.org\">WebMD.org<\/a><\/em> and the <em><a href=\"MedlinePlus.org\">MayoClinic.org<\/a><\/em>, but as a student, faculty, or staff member at UC Clermont, you have much more available to you!<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/proxy.libraries.uc.edu\/login?url=http:\/\/search.ebscohost.com\/login.asp?profile=web&amp;defaultdb=mnh\">Medline with Full Text<\/a><\/em> (EBSCO)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-29793 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/libapps.libraries.uc.edu\/liblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Ebsco.gif\" alt=\"Ebsco\" width=\"82\" height=\"82\" \/>\u00a0is different from the website <em>MedlinePlus<\/em>. If you\u2019re familiar with the searching capability of the<strong> EBSCO <\/strong>databases, you will be able to search <em>Medline with Full Text. <\/em>It covers the full text of 1,370 medical journals from 1965 to the present (with no embargo\u2014meaning they don\u2019t hold back the most recent issues for paid subscribers).<\/p>\n<p>Also within the EBSCO group are other important medical databases:<em> <a href=\"http:\/\/proxy.libraries.uc.edu\/login?url=http:\/\/search.ebscohost.com\/login.asp?profile=web&amp;defaultdb=rzh\">CINAHL Plus with Full Text<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/proxy.libraries.uc.edu\/login?url=http:\/\/search.epnet.com\/login.asp?profile=web&amp;defaultdb=hch\">Health Source: Nursing\/Academic Edition<\/a>, <\/em>and <em><a href=\"http:\/\/proxy.libraries.uc.edu\/login?url=http:\/\/search.epnet.com\/login.asp?profile=web&amp;defaultdb=hxh\">Health Source: Consumer Edition<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"mailto:Kathleen.Epperson@uc.edu\">Kathleen Epperson, Librarian<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Where do you find medical information when you need it?
