Harris was named interim associate dean of the University of Cincinnati Libraries on March 1, 2022.\u00a0 She continues to serve as assistant dean and director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/libraries.uc.edu\/libraries\/hsl.html\">Donald C. Harrison Health Sciences Library<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/libraries.uc.edu\/libraries\/hsl\/winkler-center.html\">Henry R. Winkler Center for the History of the Health Professions<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Lori initially joined the Libraries in 2015 as an associate fellow from the National Institutes of Health\/National Library of Medicine. She permanently joined the University of Cincinnati Libraries in 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; letter-spacing: -.1pt;\">In her new role, Lori will provide leadership and coordination for the daily operations of both the Libraries on West Campus as well as the Health Sciences Library and the Winkler Center on East Campus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; letter-spacing: -.1pt;\">Lori will continue to work <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">directly with UC Libraries\u2019 senior leadership to move aspects of the Libraries&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/libraries.uc.edu\/about\/strategic-framework.html\">strategic framework<\/a> to operational with special emphasis on initiatives relating to research and health informatics.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lori E.
