Proxy Converter

This tool will replace the old proxy prefix (proxy.libraries.uc.edu) with the new prefix (https://uc.idm.oclc.org/login?url=)

Links should be entered in one of two formats below:

    • http://www.accessible.com.proxy.libraries.uc.edu/accessible/preLog
      http://proxy.libraries.uc.edu/login?url=http://www.accessible.com/accessible/preLog

The link must be a stable, persistent link as opposed to a dynamic URL which includes session information (usually "session" or "sid" in the URL) that will expire and can't be reused. Sites that have dynamic URLs usually have a link for a "permalink" or "jumpstart" URL.

You do not need to add the proxy to freely available sites or links that already contain https://uc.idm.oclc.org/login?url
