  • Slug (url of your site, for example: Site Name might be UC Health History, while the slug would be uchealth-history.
    This would result in the url https://libapps.libraries.uc.edu/sites/s/uchealth-history)
  • Account(s) Needed
  • New Accounts will be added to the test site first (https://libappstest.libraries.uc.edu/sites)
