It is particularly strong in the areas of theatre architecture and backstage information, including plans, photographs, cuttings, as well as scenery and costume. The Claremont Colleges has scanned letters that Lawrence wrote to various correspondents, including a letter that mentions his encounter with William S. Clark of Cincinnati, a collection of letters about theatre.
