Haley Shaw – Rainbow Fish. “The base is a gluten free funfetti cupcake. I made all the decoration pieces out of fondant. I frosted the top of the cupcakes and used that to stick the fondant scales to the cupcakes. I used some sprinkles to make the “glittery” scales on the fish. I wish real glitter was edible.”
