Carol Freid “The vegetables I used included cilantro, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots and as an extra treat I added shrimp. The very delicate rice wrapper is then folded to encase the vegetables and shrimp. I then painted on the wrappers with the gel to create a design taken from the manual.”
