The University of Cincinnati Archives and Rare Books Library would like to thank Don Heinrich Tolzmann, the former director of German-American Studies at the University of Cincinnati, for his recent donation of a collection of German-Americana material The Don Heinrich Tolzmann German-Americana Collection (GA-17-01) contains material stretching from the nineteenth century to the present day, and ranges from newspapers from around the country to personal letters, census records, spelling books, and almanacs published in both English and German. There are also several sets of photographs of buildings, people, and landscapes, including a tourism guide to the United States.
