Interaction of Color (1963)

Josef Albers, (1888-1976) the father of color theory, wrote Interaction of Color in 1963.  The book was quickly adopted as core curriculum for art students around the world.  It uses prints of various geographic shapes in different colors to show how colors can be combined in numerous and varied ways.
