Over 4000 records from two surname ranges missed in the original scanning project, Schoner-Schroeder and Tucker-Underheuser, have been added to the collection of birth and death records for the City of Cincinnati from 1865-1912. This completed collection now contains over 528,000 individual records and is an important resource for genealogists, as well as researchers in public health and epidemiology. To use the collection, go to http://drc.libraries.uc.edu/handle/2374.UC/2032. For search tips and more information about the scope and history of this collection, see the Digital Collections web site.
Support for this project was provided by a Library Services and Technology Act grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio.
